The MAFWA R3 Marketing Subcommittee was awarded a grant to pursue a small game diversity and inclusion toolkit to reach women and people of color in small game outreach efforts. The toolkit will include images and bilingual social media and email templates that have been vetted by ethnic and gender-representative focus groups. As a result of COVID, the photoshoots that were supposed to take place in Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Nebraska this fall were postponed and we are pursuing a grant extension to hold those photoshoots in Fall of 2021. We are still pursuing focus groups (held virtually) this March and need your images to help get feedback from those groups. So! Please start pulling together ANY small game hunting photos you may have on hand: men, women, people of color, Caucasian, families, adults, kids… whatever you have. We need to have any available photos uploaded to the National R3 Clearinghouse by no later than January 15, 2021.
